Role Description
This role sits in the Founder’s Office and will work closely with the leadership team on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. The role will primarily focus on fundraising (debt and equity), lender engagement, financial analytics, and business performance tracking, while also driving execution on key operational and strategic projects.
Qualifications
• Strong financial acumen including proficiency in Financial Modelling, Budgeting, and Analysis
• Exceptional Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving, and Data-Driven Decision-Making skills
• Experience in Market Research, Business Planning, and Competitive Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or CA or a related field
• An entrepreneurial mindset is a bonus
