Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-oriented, calm under pressure, and enjoys bringing structure to a growing coaching business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, sessions, and follow-ups
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sessions and programs
Support client onboarding, communication, and relationship management
Coordinate operations for programs, launches, events, and workshops
Track leads, inquiries, sessions, and follow-ups using Google Sheets
Ensure smooth coordination between Founder, clients, and internal teams
Requirements:
0–4 years experience in operations, executive assistance, coordination, or client servicing
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable with Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Zoom/Meet, WhatsApp, and email
Languages: English & Hindi (Marathi/Gujarati is a plus)
High level of trust, discretion, and reliability
Interest in coaching, personal growth, or related fields is a plus

Pay: ₹10,663.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thane, Maharashtra (Thane, Thane District)
