This is a full-time on-site role as a Founding Partner at BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE located in Gurugram. The Founding Partner will oversee the strategic direction of the firm, lead client engagements, manage key relationships, and drive business growth and development.

As a Founding Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and growth. This position requires both financial investment and active participation in key business decisions. You will be a core member of the leadership team, responsible for driving business development, fundraising, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
• Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and develop growth plans.
2. Financial Investment & Management:
• Contribute an agreed-upon investment to fund the business.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and investor relations.
3. Business Development & Partnerships:
• Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, investors, and clients.
• Drive sales, marketing, and expansion strategies.
4. Operational Oversight:
• Set up and streamline business processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
5. Team Building & Leadership:
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
• Foster a strong company culture aligned with business goals.

• Proven track record of successful client engagements and business development
• Experience in managing a team of attorneys and legal staff
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar license
• Experience in intellectual property protection and dispute resolution is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the legal field
