Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the engineering team in developing web applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js.
- Architect and build beautiful UIs and high-performance backend services using AWS.
- Design and implement scalable, reusable, and efficient code for seamless integration across platforms and industries.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across various devices and browsers.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation within a monorepo structure.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
in software development, with significant expertise in frontend development frameworks and up-to-date knowledge of the modern JavaScript stack. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in a tech lead or leadership role, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React, with experience in Next.js. Nice to have experience with or strong interest in Drizzle ORM, WebSocket APIs, and their application in serverless environments.
- Strong familiarity with AWS services and serverless architectures. Ability to self-serve new APIs and automation.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a keen eye for design.
- Highly self-driven and capable of end-to-end development, adapting to changing specifications, and creating build automation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
