Job Title: Founding Software Engineer (Full Stack Robotics)
Location: Hybrid – Pune (Remote considered for exceptional candidates)
Base Compensation: ₹22L - ₹30L

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Founding Software Engineer to take charge of our fragmented MVP codebases and help unify, harden, and productionize our orchestration platform. You’ll work directly with the founders and build the foundational software infrastructure that Fortune 500 customers will depend on in production.
What You’ll Own:
• Audit, refactor, and unify four MVP codebases into one robust product
• Architect a modular platform that supports both cloud-native and on-prem deployments
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for high-confidence enterprise rollouts
• Build containerization and orchestration workflows (Docker + Kubernetes)
• Harden the platform for uptime, failover, and disaster recovery
• Implement security protocols, authentication, and RBAC for enterprise readiness
• Own deployment architecture, infrastructure, and monitoring from dev to production
• Collaborate closely with the robotics, optimization, and product teams to ensure performance in real-world environments
Tech Stack (you should be fluent with most):
• Backend: Python (FastAPI), Node.js
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Infra/DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions
• Cloud: AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3), some GCP
• Infra/Data: Linux, PostgreSQL, Redis, gRPC, MQTT
• Bonus: Robotics/IoT/RTLS deployments, wearable UX
What We’re Looking For:
• Have 8+ years of full-stack and DevOps experience at a high-caliber company or startup
• Have shipped and supported enterprise software — ideally in on-prem or hybrid environments
• Know how to build for latency-sensitive, resource-constrained, hardware-adjacent systems
• Have built glue code across microservices and productionized messy prototypes
• Obsess over reliability, observability, and maintainability
• Thrive in ambiguity, own your outcomes, and move fast without breaking critical things
