About the Role
Machine Learning: Help build the core of Centralize' product across the stack using machine learning expertise.
Deep Learning: Leverage deep learning techniques to enhance the accuracy of our LLM pipelines.
Software Architecture: Design and implement scalable backend systems and beautiful frontend components at lightning speed.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong English communication skills in speaking & writing.
Loved working in a hyper-paced environment with intense deadlines.
Expertise in building complex frontend & backend systems (React, NextJS, background jobs, DB architecture, etc).
Rapidly learned new technologies.
Taken undefined product thinking & independently scoped + executed large features optimizing for speed with attention to scale.
Built large, impressive products either at a past company or on their own.
Had an extremely high bar for quality and attention to detail.
Cared a ton about user success and satisfaction.
Been kind, humble, and a great team player.
Requirements
Prior experience in GTM tooling space (sales, customer success, etc) or familiarity with similar tools.
Experience as a founder or founding engineer.
Built something awesome on the side (send us the most impressive piece of software you've built).
