Join the Founding Team at Little Ivy!
Little Ivy is a premium preschool for children aged 2–6 years, opening soon in Jaipur. We are inviting a small group of Founding Teachers to help build an international early years school from the very beginning.
Role Description & Qualifications
• Play a key role as a Founding Teacher, helping build Little Ivy from the ground up and shaping classroom culture and daily routines
• Excellent spoken English is non-negotiable, as confident communication with children, parents, and colleagues is central to the role
• Take initiative, remain open to feedback, and show willingness to work closely with the founders in a founding-stage environment
• Let us know if you have experience with UK EYFS, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia. If not, we would like to understand your readiness to learn and adapt to international early years standards
Salary & Growth
₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on communication skills and capability
