Get Global Group is looking for experienced Frac Operators, Senior Operators, and Supervisors to join our dynamic oil and gas projects. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company on high-impact field operations across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain fracturing equipment safely and efficiently
Execute job procedures according to client and safety standards
Supervise field crews and ensure smooth operations (for senior/supervisor levels)
Report and document job activities and equipment status
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hydraulic fracturing operations
Strong knowledge of frac pumps, blenders, hydration units, and safety protocols
Experience with leading oilfield service companies is a plus
Willingness to travel and work on rotational shifts
Location: Various onshore sites across India
Rotation: As per project requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹+,++7.75 - ₹26,455.64 per month
