Job Description
In This Role, You Will:
Reach out to provided leads via phone, following the script and guidelines provided.
Make 200–300 calls per week per client
You’ll be working for at least 5-10 hours per week, depending on call volume and client goals
Engage with prospects in a professional manner, answering questions and providing information about our services.
Book appointments with companies that express interest.
Maintain accurate records of your calls, including outcomes and any follow-up actions required.
Record conversations as needed for training and quality assurance purposes.
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience: Must have proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales/customer outreach role
Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Google Sheets for tracking call metrics and reporting
Resilience: Able to manage rejection effectively and maintain a positive, persistent approach
Adaptability: A strong curiosity and willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving strategies
Technical Requirements:
A laptop or computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac).
A fast and reliable internet connection.
