Fractional VP eCommerce - Women's Fashion Brand
A fast-growing, digitally native fashion brand operating at the intersection of luxury-inspired design and modern direct-to-consumer retail. Known for its strong social media presence, trend-led collections, and highly engaged global customer base, the business has scaled rapidly through its eCommerce channel and performance marketing engine.
They are now seeking a Vice President of eCommerce to define and lead the next phase of digital growth. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning the end-to-end eCommerce vision, driving revenue growth, and optimising the full customer journey across acquisition, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of commercial acumen, data-led decision making, and hands-on experience scaling DTC fashion brands.
