About The Role
Fractionation operators is responsible for continually monitoring, maintaining and evaluating all Fractionation equipment and machinery. Handling and maintenance of chiller knowledge
Job Description
• Independently should be able to operate Fractionation equipment
• Coordinate with shift in charge for process operation plan accordingly run plant.
• Responsible for timely maintenance & preventive maintenance
• Responsible to run the dewaxing plant at minimum losses, minimum breakdowns, cost reduction
• To ensure the quality and optimal rate of production
• Maintain Housekeeping and hygiene level in plant.
Qualification
• Diploma Engineer / ITI
• 5 – 6 years of experience in fractionation plant operations
• Experience in Edible oil refinery – Fractionation, PLC knowledge preferred
