Job Description: Wellsite Supervisor for Petroleum Engineering Activities
3 week on / 3 week off shift
Position Title:- Site Supervisor for Hydraulic fracturing and Flowback operations
Generic Job Title:- Field Supervisor
Function/Asset :- Petroleum Engineering Function
Location:- Rajasthan Field (Barmer based)
Job Summary
The above-mentioned position is responsible for ensuring safe & cost-efficient execution of Hydraulic fracturing and well testing operations at the well site. Having an understanding of wireline operations will be an advantage. Execution responsibilities would typically include:
a. Onsite QA/QC of Frac Fluid/chemicals/additives/proppant
b. Operational awareness about both Frac/Well Testing operation.
c. Cross-check: “Equipment performance, Calibration of meters, NPT evaluation etc”.
d. Interface management among the stakeholders
e. Evaluation of SIMOPS and safe operations
Organizational Structure
· The position will report to both PE Well services Lead (Site) & PE Delivery Leader (Gurgaon)
Key Accountabilities:-
· Hydraulic fracturing operations supervision and reporting
· Flowback operations supervision and reporting
· Logistics planning & preparations
· Ensure alignment with Company’s HSE Management system, well engineering specific HSE policies, applicable Mines Rules & environmental laws at all stages.
Person Specification:-
Experience Needed
· Minimum 10 years of experience in leading the supervision of Well test / Frac related operations, preferably in onshore conditions.
Knowledge, Languages, Skills, and Attributes
· Execution of well test operations and frac operations
· Knowledge of industry standards applicable to well testing operations and frac operations.
· Demonstrates interpretation and QAQC skills against the recorded data
· Excellent understanding of Process Safety Management and hands-on experience in well testing.
· Skilled in Well Engineering software’s and computer reporting (Open Well, Excel, etc.)
· Proven personnel management skills & excellent command of the English Language.

· Previous Experience with Company of supervising similar Operations.
