Are you an experienced Detailer? Our Waihi Frame & Truss team is on the lookout for a skilled professional to join our detailing and estimating team and drive quality, innovation, and efficiency. With a brand-new, purpose-built manufacturing plant opening soon, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, play a key role in our next chapter, and grow alongside our future-focused team. We're looking for a team player who leads by example— someone who empowers others and thrives in taking initiative while working well as a team for everyday success.
What you'll be doing:
Collaborating with production, estimating, and trade teams for seamless project delivery
Providing technical support and solutions to internal teams and customers
Championing continuous improvement and innovation in detailing and product offerings
Detailing using MiTek 20/20 & MiTek Sapphire
What you’ll bring:
Detailing experience
Experience detailing using MiTek 20/20 & MiTek Sapphire preferred but not essential
A solutions-focused mindset and great communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience detailing floor cassettes and other manufactured solutions an advantage
