Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Framer (1-2 years of experience) to join our team. Working in new residential construction including building walls, floors, and roofs.
Duties
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood walls, floors and roofs according to specifications
- Install windows, doors, and other structural elements
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for framing projects
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in residential framing
- Blueprint reading skills an asset
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of building restoration techniques is advantageous
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking clear English
- Reliable vehicle required as work is in and around Calgary area
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
