Job description, work day and responsibilities

We are looking for motivated and skilled framers to join our wall panel division team. Job Summary:

As a Framer, you will play a vital role in constructing and assembling prefabricated wall panels. You will work in our warehouse environment with state of the art technology and equipment, collaborating with a team to ensure precision and quality in our products. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and frame components for prefabricated wall panels according to specifications. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Measure and cut materials accurately. Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications: Approximately 1 year of experience in framing or construction preferred. Basic understanding of framing techniques and carpentry tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
