Position Overview
We’re seeking dependable and experienced Framers and Concrete Workers to join our construction crew. Work will primarily take place at job sites in Venice and Mid-City Los Angeles, focusing on high-quality residential projects.
Responsibilities
Perform residential framing, formwork, and concrete finishing
Read and follow blueprints or supervisor instructions
Safely operate power tools and concrete equipment
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Work efficiently and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in framing or concrete work
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
Familiarity with construction and measuring tools
Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Los Angeles
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
