Job Description
We are currently hiring experienced framing carpenters to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential wood framing and be able to work efficiently on site while following safety procedures.
Responsibilities
Perform residential wood framing (walls, floors, roofs)
Read and follow construction drawings and layouts
Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials
Install floor systems, wall panels, and roof structures
Use power tools and hand tools safely
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work collaboratively with the construction team
Requirements
Previous framing experience for 1-2 years.
Ability to use framing tools and equipment
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50–80 lbs. regularly
Heavy-duty construction work
Standing, bending, climbing ladders, and carrying materials throughout the day
