We are looking for motivated framing helpers / construction Laboure's to assist our framing crew on residential construction projects. No prior experience is required, but basic construction knowledge is beneficial.
Responsibilities
Assist carpenters with framing tasks
Carry and organize lumber and construction materials
Operate basic hand tools
Maintain a clean and safe work site
Support the framing team with daily construction tasks
Requirements
Willingness to learn construction and framing work
Punctual and reliable
Ability to follow instructions
Construction experience is an asset, but not required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 40–70 lbs.
Heavy-duty physical work
Standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors
What We Offer
Starting pay $17.85 – $20 per hour
Full-time and part-time positions available
Training provided for motivated workers
