About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchisees across various territories in India. This will involve developing relationships with potential partners, conducting market research, and negotiating agreements to bring new franchises on board.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education sector and experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential franchisees, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Conduct market research to identify areas of high demand for our services and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Negotiate and execute agreements with new franchisees, ensuring that all necessary terms and conditions are met.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of new franchises, including provision of training and support materials.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the education sector.
An MBA or equivalent qualification, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business transactions.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
