Aspect Bullion Refinery iS HIRING Franchisee Business Developer
COMPANY PROFILE
§ Aspect Bullion & Refinery Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai under Aspect Global Ventures, is a trusted name in India’s precious metals sector. Accredited by LBMA and IBJA, we deliver 999 purity gold and 995 purity silver with quality and transparency

Job responsibilities
FPA Role:
§ Finding franchise owners: Identifying and recruiting potential franchise owners.
§ Negotiating contracts: Negotiating contracts with new franchise owners
§ Training franchise owners: Informing new franchise owners about sales expectations, contractual agreements, and branding
§ Supporting franchisees: Providing ongoing support to franchisees to ensure their success
§ Developing plans: Developing and carrying out growth strategies to increase the number of franchises in a region
§ Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that all franchise agreements and related documentation are accurate and comply with legal requirements
§ Staying updated: Staying up to date on franchising laws and regulations
§ Managing projects: Using project management processes to develop and maintain a pipeline of projects
§ Traveling: Traveling to meet potential franchisees, attend industry events, and conduct site visits
System and Control Role:
§ Establish, monitor, and ensure adherence to company-defined SOPs, operational standards, and compliance guidelines across franchise outlets.
§ Conduct regular audits (financial, operational, and inventory) to maintain transparency, accuracy, and safeguard company interests
§ Track franchisee business KPIs, analyze gaps, and implement corrective measures to optimize sales, service quality, and profitability.
§ Oversee the adoption of company-approved software, CRM, billing systems, and reporting tools to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy.
§ Identify operational risks, fraud prevention measures, and generate timely reports for management to strengthen governance and control.
Candidate profile
§ Qualification – HSC/ Graduate with relevant experience
§ Proven ability to generate lead and with good BD background and to effectively communicate with senior management.
§ Good understanding of system and technology.
§ Deep understanding of developing business, strategies implementation, client management.
§ Ability to think strategically and develop long-term sales achievement plans.
