Role Description
As an EBO Franchise Business Development Specialist for our apparel brand, you will be instrumental in expanding our franchise network and driving the growth of our brand presence in key markets. You will leverage your expertise in franchise development and passion for fashion to identify, recruit, and support franchise partners who share our vision and values

Position: Business Development Specialist-EBO
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Responsibilities:
· To identify Probable locations in Pan India
· To negotiate Franchise LOI & Freeze agreements.
· To ensure Active franchise business Development Target.
· To coordinate with marketing department & Ensure franchise model communication on Regular Basis.
· To Visit leads / Meet Franchise.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
· Minimum 5 experience in franchise development, business development, or sales within the apparel industry.
· Strong understanding of franchising principles, retail operations, and fashion trends.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
· Results-driven mindset with a strategic approach to franchise development and market expansion.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to travel as needed to support franchise recruitment efforts and attend industry events.
