Key Responsibilities
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage Franchise Partners across the assigned region, Build a strong regional franchise ecosystem aligned with WORSO’s vision, Ensure franchise partners meet business, quality, and performance benchmarks
• Drive sales of Roboclubs, WORSO memberships, and related programs through franchise partners, Support partners in pitching to schools, colleges, training centers, and institutions, Achieve regional revenue and expansion targets
• Competitions & Events, Plan, promote, and execute Technoxian district-level and zonal-level competitions
• Monitor partner performance and provide continuous mentoring and support, Resolve operational, commercial, and coordination issues
• Regional Strategy & Reporting, Develop and implement regional growth strategies, Track KPIs related to franchise recruitment, sales, and events
Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 8–15 years of experience in franchise development, education sales, channel management, or ecosystem building
• Strong network in education, training, or skill development sectors
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
