Designation – Franchise Executive – (Weddings & Events)
Industry – From any industry but definitely with franchise and sales background.
Notice Period – Immediate Joining
Experience – 3-4 Years (Franchise Sales and other prospect for Business development)
Age group – 28+ only
Location – Mumbai
Working Days and Time – Mon – Sat, 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM
Salary – As per industry standards (Very high incentives for every closure)
Skills –
• Excellent Communication Skills
· Strategic Thinking
· Data Analysis
· Make Marketing Plan
· Presentation skills.
· Looking out for a well-versed person with a good personality
· Increasing the business as a whole
Responsibilities –
· Should be well experienced in Franchise Sales and other prospect for Business development.
Responsible for developing franchisee partners, expand business through existing franchise outlets.
· Present business plans with potential clients and negotiate terms and conditions of exclusive brand outlet franchisee agreement.
· Should be very smart to co-ordinate with franchisee
· Has to convert prospectives calls into business growth
· Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to sales processes.
· Generating and closing of Business.
· Have excellent time management and organizational skills - A disciplined person.
· Be enthusiastic & self-motivated, which means doesn’t need a push all the time
· Be able to maintain a good working relationship with people across all levels, from clients to vendors to team members
· Have a positive and adaptable attitude
· Be able to work as part of a team, Possess an eye for detail.
