We maintain high International Quality Standards for our 250+ product categories, which include amenities and furniture. Our focus is on enhancing the aesthetic standards of hotels to ensure an ecstatic experience for customers and enhancing their quality of life. We also aim to educate our clients and build long-term relationships based on trust, values, and customer-focused operations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise and dealer development strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
• Identify and qualify potential franchisees and dealers through market research and lead generation activities.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential franchisees and dealers.
• Negotiate and finalize franchise and dealer agreements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to franchisees and dealers to ensure their success.
• Travel extensively across India to meet with potential and existing franchisees and dealers.
• Monitor and analyse franchise and dealer performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports on franchise and dealer development activities.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise and dealer development, preferably in the B2B or Hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and expanding a franchise or dealer network.
• Excellent understanding of franchise and dealer development best practices.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with potential and existing franchisees and dealers.
• Ability to travel extensively across India.
• Fluency in English.
• Should be a resident of Jaipur.
• Graduate degree (any discipline) preferred.
