Franchise Manager
• Responsible for creating of New Franchisee
• Design, Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
• Manage the entire franchisee sales process.
• Responsible on generating leads, coordinate and follow up with leads till MOU.
• Developing new franchise by planning and meeting with exclusive investors.
• Identifying trends and determining sales system improvements
• Territorial survey including site identification & evolution.
• Infrastructure setup support to the signed up franchisees as per MOU.
• Assisting the franchisees in Recruitment of Staff.
• Marketing & admission handling Training to franchisees coordinator on consistent interval as & when required.
• Maintaining a sound relationship with the existing & new signups
