Burgonomics is a Concept Burger Franchise with outlets launching in multiple locations across Gujarat. We are looking for an experienced Franchise Outlets Operation and Supply Chain Manager to handle the end-to-end operations of our upcoming outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and managing the supply chain, inventory, and logistics, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the supply chain and inventory for all outlets
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies to all outlets
• Work with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and pricing
• Ensure all outlets are adequately stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients
• Develop and implement processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all outlets, including staffing, customer service, and sales
• Ensure all outlets are meeting sales targets and profitability goals
• Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct regular audits of outlets to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement training programs for outlet staff
• Manage relationships with franchisees and provide support as needed
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve company goals
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, supply chain management, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple outlets or franchises preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
