Designation- Area Sales Manager (Franchise Onboarding Specialist)
Location: Vadodara/Baroda and Surat, Rajkot,Bhavnagar, JamNagar, Mehsana, Himatnagar, Viramgam, Anand, Nadiad, Kapadwanj/Kathlal/Mahuda, Godhra, Gandhinagar
Working Territory: Gujarat.
Salary: Hike on Current CTC + Variable + TA

Position Summary:
As a Franchise Onboarding Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our mission to bring new entrants into the Kirana business. Job role will involve identifying, recruiting, and onboarding individuals who are eager to start their own Kirana shop with the support of our tech platform and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Franchisee Recruitment
• Onboarding Process
• Relationship Building
• Compliance and Documentation
• Performance Tracking
• Team Handling
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in franchise recruitment or onboarding, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Knowledge of the Indian retail market and Kirana shop culture.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Preferred to know Gujarati.
