Overview

As Franchise Sales Manager, you will lead and coach a network of 20+ franchisees across British Columbia. Your primary goal is to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and brand consistency across your territory. You will act as a trusted partner and coach to our franchisees, empowering them with the tools, insights, and support they need to grow their business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will report directly to our C-suite officers and work cross-functionally with marketing, training, technology, and operations teams to bring strategic sales initiatives to life at the store level.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Business Coaching

Analyze store-level sales, margins, and KPIs weekly to improve profitability, identify opportunities, and coach franchisees on actionable improvements

Set clear monthly performance goals for each franchisee and support them in meeting (and exceeding) targets

Drive the execution of store-level promotions, upselling initiatives, and local marketing campaigns

Review P&L statements, labour ratios, and product mix to optimize store profitability

Oversee and support the Franchise Development & US Area Manager

Franchise Operations & Brand Standards

Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand consistency, operational compliance, and cleanliness

Lead monthly performance reviews and coach franchisees on operations, customer service, and merchandising best practices

Conduct full brand audits and support the timely resolution of any compliance gaps

Monitor online reviews and customer feedback; respond or coach franchisees on response protocol

Ensure alignment and compliance with the franchise agreement and brand standards

Training & Development

Provide ongoing support and coaching for new and existing franchisees, including onboarding, tools training, and operational updates

Support the development of store leaders by identifying training gaps and growth opportunities

Share best practices and success stories across the network

Communication & Project Leadership

Ensure all company-wide initiatives, product launches, and operational updates are clearly communicated and implemented at the store level

Collaborate with the marketing team on local activations and grand openings

Oversee and ensure store compliance with visual merchandising, promotional signage, and tech integrations

Support franchisee participation in loyalty programs, app adoption, and new digital tools

Additional Responsibilities

Support monthly group coaching sessions when needed

Manage ad hoc projects

Liaise with vendors, landlords, and service providers as needed

Are tech-savvy and eager to streamline processes

Have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of multi-unit retail or franchise management experience

Proven track record in sales growth, coaching, and people development

Experience in health, wellness, hospitality, or the supplement industry is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets, POS systems, and CRM tools

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and willingness to travel across BC and other provinces.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
