Job Description
As a Franchisee Manager at Otomatiks, you will serve as the central link between the organization and its franchise network. This role demands a balance of relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic enablement to ensure every franchise partner thrives and aligns with our core values.
Key Responsibilities1. Franchisee Onboarding & Activation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new franchise partners.
• Facilitate infrastructure setup, team induction, and system/process orientation.
• Deliver initial training on curriculum delivery, operational workflows, and digital tools.
2. Franchisee Relationship Management
• Act as the single point of contact for all franchisees in day-to-day operations.
• Conduct regular virtual and on-site check-ins to assess challenges, needs, and satisfaction levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment with Otomatiks’ vision and core standards.
3. Operational Oversight & Performance Monitoring
• Track academic delivery quality, student engagement, and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor branding, service quality, and parent/student satisfaction at franchise locations.
• Collaborate with training and tech teams to address performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
4. Training & Curriculum Implementation
• Conduct periodic training sessions for educators, coordinators, and center heads.
• Update franchisees regularly on new curriculum modules, teaching tools, and innovations.
• Collect and relay feedback to curriculum development teams for ongoing improvement.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Execute scheduled audits (onsite or remote) to ensure compliance with Otomatiks’ brand, delivery, and marketing standards.
• Ensure SOPs, documentation, and reporting systems are consistently followed.
• Resolve operational or service-related grievances from franchisees within defined timelines.
6. Reporting & Cross-Department Coordination
• Maintain and update franchisee performance dashboards, feedback logs, and audit reports.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports to senior management with key insights and risk alerts.
• Liaise with Marketing, Training, and Tech Support teams to enable franchisee success.
Eligibility & Preferred Profile

???? Qualification
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Education Management, or Operations Management
• Certifications in Franchise Management, Training & Development, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage
???? Preferred Previous Experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in franchise operations, education/training, or EdTech/startup environments
• Demonstrated success in:
• Supporting franchise partners and resolving escalations
• Cross-functional coordination across training, marketing, and technology teams
• Conducting workshops, reviews, and structured training programs
• Using CRM/ERP tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, or LMS platforms)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple franchise accounts with minimal supervision
• Highly organized, empathetic, and solution-oriented
• Willing to travel across India (2–4 times per quarter)
• Proficient in English; regional language skills (especially Tamil) are a plus
