Role Overview:
As a Frappe Developer, you will play a key role in the development, optimization, and scaling of ERP systems focused on warehouse management and fulfillment. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and automation of operational processes across our business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable technical solutions and ensure smooth integration with e-commerce and fulfillment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Development:
Develop and scale ERP systems using Frappe Framework and ERPNext for warehouse management and fulfillment processes.
Implement and maintain key ERP modules for inventory, order management, and logistics.
E-commerce Integration:
Integrate e-commerce solutions, shopping carts, and third-party applications with ERPNext or similar platforms to ensure smooth operations across all systems.
Collaboration & Agile Development:
Work within Agile teams to participate in Sprint cycles, delivering iterative solutions in a collaborative and efficient manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable technical solutions that align with business needs.
Optimization & Performance:
Write clean, well-documented, and optimized code for ERP and fulfillment systems.
Continuously improve performance, scalability, and functionality based on business requirements.
Support & Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and improvement of existing ERP systems and platforms.
Data Automation & AI:
Assist in implementing AI-powered solutions and automation to optimize data insights, inventory tracking, and order management processes.
Utilize machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch for recommendation systems and predictive analytics related to warehouse operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in developing and scaling ERP systems, particularly Frappe Framework or ERPNext.
Proven experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) or fulfillment solutions.
Strong knowledge of Python, Django, and React.
Experience with e-commerce integrations and shopping cart systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and working within Sprint cycles to deliver solutions.
Practical experience with AI technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for automation and optimization.
Proficiency in database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for ERP system efficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Exposure to CI/CD processes and automated testing frameworks.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design.
Experience with data analytics and building automation systems.
