Job Description
Deposit Review performs review of checks that are deposited into a Chase account.
With the information found in the review process, Deposit Review Specialist determines whether to release the hold, retain/extend existing hold, or place a restriction on the customer's account.

Responsibilities
Complete transaction and deposit review and make judgement based on the outcome of the review
Analyze deposit to identify discrepancy and inaccuracy
Validate with the right-party contact as necessary
Navigate multiple procedures, launching applications including maneuvering in a Windows and Web-based environment
Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED required
Minimum of one year of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face-to-face
Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred
