Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Fraud Victim Support Representative to join our team in the Fraud Department. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers who have been victims of fraud.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service while working towards resolving their issues
Assist customers in financial difficulty and potential victims of fraud or scams
Collate detailed information from customers to ensure all necessary details are obtained
Liaise with third parties to provide best-practice service to customers
Achieve a good outcome for customers and the company through effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements
Extensive background in front-line customer service
Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments
Ability to be curious, ask questions, challenge norms, and negotiate solutions
Proficient communication skills with a sincere approach to understanding customer needs
Caring attitude, patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping people in challenging situations
