Job Description
We are seeking a 360° Virtual Tour Video Creator who can capture, edit, and deliver interactive virtual tours for real estate, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture high-quality 360° photos/videos at project locations
• Create immersive virtual tours / digital twin experiences
• Develop panorama stitching and editing
• Add hotspots, navigation elements, and info tags
• Deliver final output compatible with web, mobile, and VR platforms
• Collaborate with internal team for project requirements and timelines
Requirements
• Proven experience in 360° virtual tour creation
• Hands-on experience with tools like:
• Matterport / Ricoh Theta / Insta360 cameras
• Software such as 3DVista, Kuula, Matterport, or similar
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and spatial storytelling
Basic knowledge of real estate or hospitality shoots (preferred)
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Deliverables
• Fully functional 360° virtual tour
• Optimized files for web and mobile
• Optional: Floor plans, dollhouse view, and interactive elements
Contract Details
• Project-based / Per shoot payment (to be discussed)
• Flexible working schedule
• Opportunity for long-term collaboration
