Compensation: Basic pay + Commission (Negotiable based on experience and performance)

Amitash Legal Outsourcing is a fast-growing legal outsourcing firm specializing in U.S. immigration law and other legal support services. We partner with law firms, attorneys, and legal departments across borders to deliver quality legal assistance at cost-effective rates.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Freelance Business Developer with proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the legal or professional services sector, to help us expand our international client base. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with law firms and legal professionals abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential international clients in need of legal outsourcing services

Pitch services (including immigration case support, paralegal assistance, document review, etc.) tailored to client needs

Conduct Zoom/online meetings and demos with prospects

Maintain CRM records and track lead conversions

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client onboarding and satisfaction

Provide market feedback to improve service offerings

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in the legal, consulting, or outsourcing industry)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience working with international clients (especially U.S.-based law firms is a plus)

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Understanding of legal processes (especially U.S. immigration law) is a strong plus but not mandatory

Compensation:

Commission: Competitive commission structure for closed deals and retained clients

Flexible hours with performance-based growth potential

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Rotational shift
