Freelance C#.NET Developer | AI & LLM Integration | Project-Based

Reaching4 is a fast-evolving B2B SaaS platform built to transform employee growth through AI-first career and skills development tools. We're looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive C#.NET developer to join us on a freelance basis to fix platform bugs and build new features, especially those involving AI/LLM integrations (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain, embeddings, etc.).

What You’ll Work On

• Debug and resolve current issues in our C#.NET backend

• Develop new modules and extend existing functionality

• Collaborate on AI/LLM-powered features (e.g. skill suggestion engine, smart assessments, career pathing logic)

• Write clean, testable code and deliver task-based modules efficiently

Requirements

• Solid experience in C#.NET (ASP.NET Core preferred)

• Proven experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and basic front-end flow

• Bonus: experience with modular SaaS architecture or microservices

• Strong communication, fast turnaround, and a get-it-done attitude
