Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled content writer who excels at transforming provided outlines, strategies, keywords, and subject matter into well-structured, high-quality articles and blogs. You don’t need to be a cloud security expert, but you must be able to understand technical narratives and convey them in clear, real-world storytelling that resonates with IT leaders, CISOs, and DevSecOps teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Write compelling, original, and SEO-friendly content based on detailed outlines, briefs, or transcripts from our internal subject matter experts.
• Create blogs, product explainers, solution use-case content, and thought leadership pieces focused on cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and product capabilities.
• Ensure content is engaging, non-AI-generated, and aligned with our tone of voice and brand strategy.
• Incorporate keywords naturally and effectively for organic ranking.
• Follow SEO best practices including meta tags, structure, readability, and internal linking.
• Submit drafts in a timely manner and revise as needed based on feedback.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of proven experience in writing technical or B2B content for product startups, especially in cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud domains.
• Demonstrated ability to write SEO-optimized content that ranks well on search engines.
• Ability to take a basic technical brief and build out rich, engaging storytelling.
• Excellent command of written English – grammar, flow, and narrative structure.
• Must commit to creating original, plagiarism-free content (AI-generated content is not acceptable).
• Comfortable with freelance/remote engagement and being paid per content piece in INR .
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with tools like Surfer SEO, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Experience writing for audiences like CISOs, Cloud Architects, or DevOps teams.
• Ability to pitch content ideas based on keyword research or trending industry topics.
