Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Creative Writer and Marketing Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives sales. In addition, the candidate should have a deep understanding of sales, psychology, and virality to develop effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Write and edit creative copy for various marketing channels including email, social media, landing pages, and ads
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with our brand and business goals
Research and analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform content and marketing strategies
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
Optimize content for search engines and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Utilize storytelling and persuasive language to create emotional connections with our target audience
Develop viral marketing campaigns that engage and excite our audience
Collaborate with designers and other content creators to ensure that all content is visually appealing and consistent with our brand guidelines
Continuously monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on emerging content and marketing techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field
Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and a strong understanding of different content formats
Understanding of sales and marketing principles, including consumer behavior, lead generation, and customer acquisition
Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and SEO best practices
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform content and marketing strategies.
