Job Description
A. Content Creation and Support for Social Media Career Platforms.
- Monitoring and updating a number of online platforms, such as Company’s website, LinkedIn/ Instagram/ Glassdoor/Indeed etc to ensure that our brand presence on these sites is consistent and showcases the best of our employer brand.
- Ensuring that all recruitment marketing showcases the firm as an inclusive employer of choice globally.
- Assisting with generating content for Employer Brand toolkits for recruiters (organizing and maintaining image galleries/sub brand guidelines).
- Full stack digital marketing to increase the brand visibility and generate leads
- Content generation, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM, Email Campaigns, Social Media Marketing, Proposals, etc
B. Social Media Activity
- Social media content generation, such as copy and caption writing, plan and develop campaigns.
- Undertaking a review of current social media output and making recommendations.
- Creation of marketing plans and content calendars.
- Measuring and repurposing content to maximize exposure.
C. Research and Review
- Regular competitor research of careers related marketing on a range of online platforms and social media.
- Competitor research of careers related marketing on a range of online platforms and social media, the output of which will be a presentation on findings.
- Implement key digital channels (podcast/social/Glassdoor/Indeed/LinkedIn Career Posts).
- Reviewing and researching creative approaches in the market that will impact and improve the reach and engagement of our employer brand and align us with competitors in the market.
- Checking consistency of marketing content and message across the regions, the output of which will be a presentation on findings.
D. Process documentation and review
- Creation of a library of resources including tip sheets, guides, copy, photography for use around the recruitment network with the aim of ensuring offices are well equipped to generate their own on-brand content.
- Support on transition of new content management systems and microsite content for new workflows.
- Documentation of processes– including recommendation on process improvements and standard process documentation.
This role requires one to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Gurgaon, and 2 days remote), devoting full time capacity for a period of 4 months.
Skills Required
1. Digital marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics is a must requirement
2. Past experience of handling social media accounts would be a plus
3. Be able to work independently as well as a team and community member
4. Have a great eye for detail
5. Be able to multitask and prioritise work schedules
6. Extensive experience in running and maintaining professional blogs
7. Organic marketing experience with working knowledge of content management systems and search engines
