Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Trainer to join our training department. As a .NET Trainer,
you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our students, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills in .
NET development. Your expertise in .NET technologies, along with your ability to effectively communicate and engage with learners,
will contribute to their professional growth and success in the field.
Responsibilities:
1.Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related frameworks.
2. Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and hands-on projects, to support effective learning and engagement.
3. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to a diverse group of learners, including professionals and aspiring developers.
4. Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of complex .NET concepts and techniques, ensuring understanding and application by participants.
5. Assess and evaluate learners' progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in .NET development to ensure the relevance and currency of training content.
7. Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve training programs, incorporating feedback and incorporating industry best practices.
8. Provide guidance and support to learners, answering their questions, addressing challenges, and facilitating their overall learning experience.
+. Assist in the development of training schedules, course outlines, and training materials for new and existing .NET training programs.
10. Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participant feedback, and training outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a .NET Developer or similar role, with a strong foundation in .NET technologies.
2. Proven experience in delivering training or teaching in a professional or educational setting, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of .NET frameworks, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.
4. Familiarity with front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
7. Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the .NET development field.
8. Certification in .NET development or related areas is a plus.
