UTC offers networking opportunities, knowledge exchange, and partnerships through premium two-day events in various locations in India and overseas. The Quality of the Exhibitors from across the World are very selective & the Buyers are shortlisted and are admitted on Invitation basis Only to make the connects absolutely Niche & fruitful for both the parties.
Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Freelance Event Coordinator based in Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai,, Guwahati, Raipur, Dubai, Bangkok, Colombo, Kuala Lumpur, etc. The Event Coordinator may choose to participate in all the locations or any specific location, as per his/her choice based on his/her market connect. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for event planning, communication with stakeholders, providing customer service, event management, and sales activities.
Qualifications
• Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
