Job description
Are you a student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Event Management? Do you have a passion for planning and organising every detail of a project, marriage proposal, or event? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Join our small, dynamic team at Ciriaco for a 12-month full-time placement starting summer 2026 (flexible start date). You'll work closely with our Managing Director in a fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of our business. This role offers the chance to broaden your skills and experience while supporting high-end marriage proposal planning, launching a webinar series, and engaging in creative marketing for long-term clients.
You'll be involved in event management at stunning venues in the Cotswolds, project management for new initiatives, and business management tasks. We offer a flexible work schedule, occasional remote work, and the opportunity to build your network within the industry.
A word from Pippa Butler, our 2024 placement student: “My placement at Ciriaco was a transformative experience where I took on lots of responsibility, my confidence soaring as a result. The variety within the role allowed me to develop skills in events management, project management, marketing and more, and I now feel prepared to pursue graduate roles in any of these areas. You get to have lots of fun along the way, particularly visiting some incredible venues during event delivery days for The Cotswold Proposal Planners. The small team dynamics are lovely and Bec truly became my mentor as well as my manager; she has a wealth of experience and is a brilliant person to learn from. Overall, choosing this placement was the best decision I made for my professional development - you won’t regret it either!”
If you're organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a variety of tasks, we want to hear from you! Apply now and take the first step towards an exciting and rewarding placement with Ciriaco.
Full training will be provided. Support and mentoring will also be offered to the student during their placement.
Please direct questions to, or request the application form and full job description via email rebecca@ciriaco.co.uk.
Please be aware that we withhold the right to bring forward the closing date for this role from the original closing date once a certain number of applications have been received. Please be mindful of this and submit your application at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
