Freelance Fashion Designe

tandv is a design-led venture in the lifestyle space, focused on creating unique, high-quality products.

we are currently building our core team as we prepare for launch.

we require a fashion designer to support the design team in developing men's apparel.

the role will involve sketching, fabric research and material sourcing with a focus on kurtas, shirts, t-shirts and bottoms.

you will work closely with the design team to translate creative direction into production-ready designs and assist in sample development and vendor coordination.

key qualifications include:

• minimum 1 year of professional experience in fashion design (men's apparel preferred)

• strong sketching and design development skills

• knowledge of fabrics, textiles and sourcing processes especially for kurtas, shirts and bottoms

• familiarity with garment construction techniques and finishing standards

• ability to work independently in an office setup and meet deadlines

• bachelor's degree in fashion design, textile design or related field preferred but a strong portfolio and relevant work experience will be prioritized
