We’re looking for a talented and motivated graphic & Web designer to join our growing creative team. The successful candidate is expected to produce creative designs and polished final deliverables under the guidance of Development and Marketing.
A solid familiarity with trends in design, photography, online marketing, advertising and the interactive digital space is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a team player with a positive and “can do” attitude.
Responsibilities
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developmentConceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocksCreate wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideasPresent designs and key deliverables to peers and key stakeholdersWork within the foundations of company brand guidelines, industry best practices, and standardsAbility to solve problems creatively and effectively
Required Skills
2+ years of professional design experience in a design firm, advertising agency or an in-house graphic designer roleStrong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, colour, layout, proportions, and typographyAble to offer a variety of design and digital illustration solutions in a quick and efficient mannerExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteProficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototypingExpert knowledge in the Graphic production processExperience designing compelling multimedia, videos and web piecesMust be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identityAble to take projects from start to finish with moderate supervisionAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and time management skillsHighly adaptable, quick learner and team-orientedGreat attention to detail, and passion for designAbility to work under pressure on multiple, time-sensitive projects in an internal or external team environmentsA deep understanding of creative workflows, and the value of file managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, level-headed, tenaciously proactive

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,435.+1 per month
