Qualifications
Typically, 3+ years of related graphic design experience
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in graphic design or a related field
Experience with platforms/tools/software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Microsoft Word, and PPT design tools
Intermediate knowledge of design standards, layout principles, typography, color and composition
Experience with both print and electronic media, along with technical knowledge of digital and print file best practices
Professional communication skills and a strong ability to multitask
Experience with digital content creation including HTML emails, gifs, basic video animation, video editing, and front-end website design
Responsibilities
The main mission for this role is to elevate our deliverables from brand guides and logos to PowerPoint presentations and websites
Develop on-brand design deliverables that accurately capture the client’s messaging and story, including logos, identity kits, website front-end designs, social media graphics, presentations, collateral materials, e-blast graphics, whitepapers, online ads, and more
Ensure that deliverables requiring a creative touch start with a creative concept that marries art and design, collaborating with Account Team members and copywriters
Take direction from the Director of Design + Digital Production/Creative Director and be open to collaborative input
Execute design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with Account Team members to gather necessary briefs and information
Apply and enforce brand and style guidelines consistently for various clients and internal projects
Aim to deliver high quality designs on the first attempt to minimize review edits
Create designs that are error-free and meet technical specifications and requirements
Meet deadlines and work with project managers to adjust schedules when necessary
Properly archive all creative projects as per agency procedure
