Description
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Brand Understanding & Alignment :
• Decode the brief as shared by supervisors, identifying brand requirements and identity, target audience etc
• Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all art work aligns with the brand's identity and values
2. Design Creation : Develop static + dynamic creative design layouts for marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, etc.
3. Research :
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative art work to ensure that designs are relevant and effective in capturing the target audience's attention
• Conduct research to understand the target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectively.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of designing efforts, leveraging data and insights to inform future designs
4. Time Management : Following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.
5. Operations : Adherence to documented SOPs.
