Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Freelance Interior Designer with BIM experience at L+ Architects. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E. The role is based in London with flexibility for some remote work, allowing for a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration.
Qualifications
• Space Planning and Architecture skills
• Construction Drawings and Interior Design expertise
• FF&E knowledge
• Experience with BIM software
• Ability to create visualizations for client understanding
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Previous experience in commercial and residential projects preferred
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
