Role Description
Are you an experienced SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) professional with expertise in Recipe Management (PLM-RM)? We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and support of SAP PLM-RM to optimize our product development and lifecycle processes. Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and enhancing SAP PLM with a focus on Recipe Management (PLM-RM) to meet business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of PLM-RM with other SAP modules and alignment with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
PLM-RM Implementation and Configuration
Lead the implementation of SAP Recipe Management (PLM-RM) with tailored configurations based on business needs.
Customize PLM-RM to meet industry-specific requirements.
Process Optimization
Analyze existing product lifecycle and recipe management processes.
Recommend and implement improvements through PLM-RM to enhance efficiency and reduce time to market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with engineering, production, supply chain, and IT teams to integrate PLM-RM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
Data Management
Ensure accurate and compliant recipe data management.
Develop and enforce best practices for data governance in PLM-RM.
User Training and Support
Conduct training sessions to improve user understanding and adoption of PLM-RM.
Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting and process optimization.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed documentation of PLM-RM configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Generate metrics and reports to measure the performance and success of PLM-RM implementations.
Project Management
Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for projects related to SAP PLM-RM implementations and upgrades
Desired Skills and Experience
Mandatory experience with SAP PLM-RM (Recipe Management), including implementation and configuration.
5+ years of experience with SAP PLM, including integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes and recipe management best practices.
Experience with SAP PPM (Portfolio and Project Management) and SAP ECM (Engineering Change Management) is a plus.
Industry-specific experience in pharmaceuticals or other recipe-driven industries is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environment and its implications for PLM-RM.
