The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert makeup application and skincare techniques. Duties
Perform professional makeup applications for clients, including special occasions, photoshoots, and daily beauty needs
Provide skincare consultations and recommend suitable products and treatments
Assist clients with body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care services as needed
Deliver hair styling services to complement makeup looks when required
Conduct product demos and educate clients on makeup techniques and product benefits
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all procedures
Engage with guests through excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care
Upsell retail products by recommending suitable items based on client preferences and needs
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling inquiries
Promote guest services and special offers to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Makeup Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse looks
Knowledge of current makeup trends, techniques, and industry standards
Skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, and other beauty treatments are preferred
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Strong sanitation practices to ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained
Ability to perform retail sales and upselling to increase product awareness and revenue
Friendly demeanor with exceptional guest service skills in a hospitality or retail environment
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required
Professional appearance with a passion for the beauty industry
