Part-Time Marketing Assistant for Local Tutoring Business (Vaughan)
Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time / Hybrid (Remote + Local)
About Us:
We run a growing tutoring centre in Vaughan focused on helping students succeed in math, reading, and homework help from JK to high school. We’re looking for a self-motivated marketing assistant to help us get the word out locally and build our student base.
Responsibilities:
Design and distribute flyers (digital & print)
Post in local Vaughan Facebook groups and Nextdoor
Set up/update our Google Business Profile
Help list our services on tutoring directories (e.g., Kijiji, Bark, etc.)
Help run Facebook/Instagram ads
Create Canva designs and write posts
What We're Looking For:
Familiar with local marketing or social media
Strong writing and communication skills
Organized and responsive
Bonus if you live near Vaughan!
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
