We are recruiting for remote freelance associate positions in the field of business psychology. Dr Pavlo Kanellakis is a senior consultant psychologist with a diverse background that includes business, clinical, coaching, counselling, health, and exercise psychology. He has been practising psychology for over 30 years and at present works primarily with high-profile clients - supporting them in the pursuit of what is meaningful for them. Dr Pavlo serves as both the lead consultant and director of PK&A LTD.

Currently, there is flexibility in terms of the number of hours a prospective associate could deliver paid work per week, with the current assumption of a minimum of 4 hours paid work per week. The areas where successful applicants could support the business include (but are not limited to): business analytics, business strategy, organisational development, compliance, risk, recruitment, and project management.
Associate Requirements
We would specifically be interested in candidates with a proficient level of English (overall IELTS = 8.0 or higher/TOEFL = 110 or higher) who are in the process of obtaining/have recently obtained one of the following degrees:
General Business:
• Business Administration
• Business Management
• Project Management
Specialised Business Studies:
• Business Analytics
• Business and Finance
• Business and Human Resource Management
• Business and Marketing
• Business and Philosophy
• Business and Psychology
Economics:
• Economics
• Business Economics
• Behavioural Economics
Finance:
• Accounting and Finance
• Investment Analysis
• Risk Management and Insurance
Entrepreneurship and Innovation:
• Entrepreneurship
• Digital Entrepreneurship
• Innovation Management
Applicants must also be competent with task prioritisation, data analysis, have strong ICT skills, including very advanced skills with Microsoft Windows and the Office suite (especially Excel and Word), as well as familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google docs, and Google drive. All meetings are hosted online and thus all collaborators must have a good computer and reliable internet quality as well as a quiet and private work area.
Due to the nature of the work, applicants will also need to provide a DBS certificate.
Conditions of Work
This is a contractor opportunity, i.e. not an employee position; the associate will be paid by the hour and payments do not cover review meetings regarding the contract of services or initial meetings regarding the service (i.e. payment will be made for meetings in which the assistant actually provides a service).
